Yet Another Smooth Scrolling for IE

A bit of script ported from my Firefox extension for making IE also behave smooth.

Try It Out

This page is already loaded with smooth scrolling script. Try scrolling up and down slowly and quickly with your mouse wheel and feel the defference. Too sensitive for you? Most of all behavior can be changed with tweaking parameters. So do not worry.

Works With

IE6/7 with Trixie or probably other Greasemonkey for IE module installed

Install ( IE+Trixie )

1. First, Download Trixie and install it. And shutdown your IE.

2. Also Download YetAnotherSmoothScrolling.user.js and place it in Trixie's script folder. (default location is C:\Program Files\Bhelpuri\Trixie\Scripts)

3. Start IE, Select Trixie options... in Tools menu for properties dialog

4. Turn a check box labeled YetAnotherSmoothScrolling on. And click OK to close a dialog.

5. Restert IE and now it's ready.

6. You can change scrolling behavior in detail with modifing parameters found in the script file itself. it may need restarting that modification to take effect.
